OneSkills packages reusable capabilities for Agent workflows. The project is validated on GPU and Hygon DCU platforms and released under Apache-2.0.

Core responsibilities

Coordinates development across OneScience and leads the Earth science track, covering weather and ocean models, data pipelines, OneSkills and Agent support, and deployment on GPU and Hygon DCU platforms.
